I love that it’s free of dairy, sweeteners, color, artificial flavors and all of that, the flavor isn’t great but not the worst either. Calories are a little high for my own liking (150) but it’s not a deal breaker considering the added benefits. It gets the job done; I drink it before putting my daughter to bed and by the time she’s asleep I’m ready for bed. If I drink it after it takes me a little while to fall asleep but if I wake up during the night I’m able to go right back to sleep. For the most part, I am able to stay asleep and get a restful and good night sleep and I wake up feeling energized and ready for the day. I’ve been drinking it for about 2 weeks now and it has really helped with sleep. If you don’t mind the the flavor it’s definitely perfect for a little night time drink that gives you the perfect combination for you nighttime wellness routine.
