## Description

PeelnStick Fabric Fuse is a washable, double-sided press-on adhesive specifically designed for fabric. No sewing or ironing needed simply press-on and go. Use it on fabric, felt, ribbon, trims, hems and more.

Review: Great effective fabric jointer product - I had the need to change the size of some blankets due to a change in bed size. Have access to a sewing machine but had never worked with something the size of a large blanket. Did not have the confidence not being someone who used a sewing machine with much practice. So thought of going with the fabric glue method. In looking for what products were available, stumbled upon this product. Truth be told, I thought it was too good to be true. Overstated advertising. In practice, it was not overstated in the least, maybe not stated strongly enough that it works, is easy to use, does a great job, and looks as good as a manufactured stitched heam though not stitched. The tape applied easily and straight despite the ease with which a fluffy blanket material can move. Fully satisfied. When I showed my wife my work, she commented how good it looked. She was surprised at the result. Note - I double-folded the heam using two applications of the tape. Apply tape to the first fold. Fold the material again applying a second row of tape on top of the material just tapped, then press together. This leaves two rolled edges, one inside and one out making a great look with no material edge showing. And the use of the blanket shows the strength of the heam requiring no concern for separation. And there is no heating of the product or fabric required, as it fuses with the fabric immediately and to remove will damage the material as it has fused to the material.

**Q: I used this to hem my curtains but they keep opening up! What should I do?**
A: Hi Neg, I do love this product, and I'm sorry you are having difficulties with it. I have learned from experience that I, at least, must use a LOT of tape ( or liquid, or sheets, etc. ) to achieve the results I want. So, projects can become a bit pricey, but the results are Awesome!. I don' t know the thickness and weight of your fabric, or the width of the hem you want. I found that the heavier and denser my fabric is determines the amount of product I will need. When thick or heavy, I use the tape on BOTH wrong sides of the fabric. I also put tape on Every Bit of fabric which needs to be fused. No bare spots! If your hem is wide, you may want to consider using the Peel-n-Stick Fabric Fuse SHEETS. You can cut them to the exact size you need, and the entire area is instantly covered ( so you don't need to use row after row of tape!). And when I do find a little gap, I simply squirt a little of the liquid Fabric Fuse into the gap and apply pressure. All of the projects and clothing I have used with my Fabric Fuse products have been through the wash several times, and have been used or worn in a very casual way--no special treatment. They continue to function in the way I intended---and with NO IRONING! I hope this long squawking from me will be of some use to you, Neg. And I hope all your projects turn out just the way you want them to, and that you have fun working on them!

**Q: Can you sew over this item once you have it between two layers of fabric or will it mess up my machine?**
A: We do not recommend sewing or ironing this product. It is not intended for that purpose. We do have other options in our line that are sewable such as HeatnBond Lite if you are looking to sew a project.

**Q: Can you take off easy if you do not want the pair of pants hemmed anymore?**
A: Yes, you can peel it off very easily.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely a bit hard to use but appears to do the job

I wouldn't risk using this on clothing (not that I consider "hemming" clothing within my capabilities anyway) but I bought it to repair a huge bean bag chair that was leaking foam all over the place thanks to a massive rip, and seems like the right tool for the job. It is a bit tricky to finagle. At first I couldn't get the strip off the tape for the life of me, then when I did, the sticky part starting folding in on itself. Trying to fix it ended up with me getting tape/glue all over my fingers, and it is HARD to get off. That said, all's well that ends well, and it seems to have done the job. Of course we won't know for sure until further down the road when I see if the rip stays sealed shut....But for now, I'm happy.
