Is this silicone,paraben and sulfate free?

Sulfates are mostly found in shampoos so yes this is sulfate free. It does list methylparaben as one of the ingredients and it does have two kinds of silicones from what I can tell but not sure if they are water soluble or not - cyclomethicone, dimethicinol. Also FYI- parfum is the 8th ingredient on the list. This is very very strong smelling.
