As long as you hold your babies feet while changing him, the teepee will stay, it will prevent the pee pee from squirting into the air but the downside is if he pees, it will get on the baby. Safest thing to do, apply teepee and wipe as fast as you can, place diaper and hope baby doesn't pee.

We loved this gift as new parents with a baby boy so got this for one of our friends who just had a boy. Can't tell you how many times it's saved our faces from being peed on! It is very handy - as baby boys almost always pee when cold air touches them as the diaper is removed.

Cute idea but the parents report for a wiggly squirmy baby they dont stay on. They need 3 hands - 2 to change the baby and 2 to hold the teepee on. Maybe a little re-design lijke a strap or flaps to hang down and help hold the teepee in place.
