Heat Rash Champ!
We live in Florida and it's almost always hot and humid. This stuff works GREAT for heat rashes and it doesn't smell bad.

I am a big Fan of Boudreaux Butt Paste. It's not just for diaper rash. It helps with acne, nicks and small cuts. I got dermatitis on my arm and I put it on that and it work wonders to help heal the area very quickly. I have been using this for years.
