Love this product but spray bottle works poorly
I have used Sucker Punch for 3 years and it works great! The first year I got the brush on type but it t was somewhat messy to use. Last year I ordered the spray bottle and it only sprayed a single stream on the sprout, making it very hard to hit my target. Even though the nozzle displayed wider spray options, it still only came out in a single stream. I figured it must have been a malfunction in the nozzle, so ordered it again for 2022. Same type spray bottle, same result therefore you have to use a lot more than you would normally. This product is way too expensive to have to use in this matter. PLEASE FIX THE NOZZLE! Thanks!

Needs a better sprayer.
The product works well. The sprayer does not. It comes out as a skinny stream, no matter which setting I use.

Multiple suckers on old crape myrtles
Updated 2023: Bought it again because I was tired of cutting suckers multiple times. Not only did it work, it is easier to use because it was easier to spray. And, it works! Needed for suckers on 26-year-old crape myrtles at our new home. Purchased another companyโs product (M) last year, which took care of suckers, but was so thick that I had to paint it on. This one doesnโt really spray, but it at least is a bit thinner and I donโt need to brush it on. Appears to take longer to work, though. Still have one and added a bit of water to what was left because โliquidโ is way too thick to spray. And bending down to keep brushing suckers is out of the question. I hate this product as well as the other companyโs sucker product.

get a better spray bottle!!!!
great product, works well, Iโd give it 5 stars if it would spray rather than a stream, where I waste a TON of it because you canโt aim correctly!!!

I would buy this product again.
This product took a couple applications, but it really did the job.

Expensive remedy
My front year is about 1K square feet. There is 1 very mature oak tree. We never had root suckers until we had the tree pruned extensively before hurricane season last year. Dozens of suckers have sprouted in the year since then. (Maybe the tree was traumatized). I have used 4 bottles of Sucker Punch to try and contain them. With that said, SP does kill them. My grass is the kind that grows out horizontally......... not vertically like St. Augustine grass, so I can wait until the suckers break through the ground, grow tall enough, then spray as many as I can at the same time. THEN I mow. Cons: 1. Agree with others that the sprayer does not work well. When it gets to the bottom, I add a bit of water to thin it out, so I can use every last expen$ive drop. Cons: 2 An expensive way to treat the lawn, because suckers are like gray hairs: pull one and a dozen more grow in it's place! But, since the sucker leaves have sharp edges and stems, keeping them trimmed is better for the kids playing on (in) the grass. I guess "it's not nice to fool mother nature."
