Any suggestions on the best way to prepare a hot cup of chocolate? Thanks/Merci.

My mother always taught us to use boiled milk. I imagine whole milk is the best and then blend the chocolate poudre along with the boiled milk. Poulain is the same brand my mother used as a child in Normandy, FR. I order it for her since she has a hard time sleeping at night. At 87, she is now lactose intolerant so the boilded milk is what she still prefers and can tolerate. I find it tastier than some of the brands here - not so sugared up but still sweet. I don't believe you would like it sweeter than it is, but if you do, think of blending a little honey with it. That's the only advise I can think of to give. I hope this works for you. I don't think you will be disappointed.

How much sugar does it have?

Has anyone made it with just hot water?

always better with milk but boiling water should do it

Is the container 450g or 500g? It says 450g in the description, but it's 500g in the photo. Thanks.

Not sure....this was given as a gift.
