Recommend this book. Granted it's for young people, but it held my interest as an adult. Based on her own experiences and emotions growing up, I enjoyed speculating how much the events in the book, corresponded to actual events in her life. Did she really have to attend and dance at the ball? Did she have a rivalry with a teammate on her school basketball team? This book would standout even if you didn't know it was written by Elena Delle Donne.An important aspect of the book is that it doesn't end with everything turning out perfectly. It ends on a good note, but it is clear that life is full of ups and downs.

I bought it as a gift for my niece and she liked it so much that I had to get the whole set.

Same thing as other book, she is a fanatic. For her birthday she went to San Antonio to see her favorite team The Warriors who were going to play there She likes her book

Great story. My daughter enjoyed it even though she does not play basketball.

I enjoyed reading her words and her thoughts. A very talented and lovely women for sure!

This is a Christmas present for a young lady who loves basketball.

I would like the books has more pictures for kids, the story is great and shows the struggles that some kids can have during the time in school
