These were simple to install like any other brand. It was nice that it came with the break parts cleaner so it saved me a trip. They work really well after you break them in a little. (Go fast, hit breaks hard, dont fully stop, repeate a few times.) After that they make no noise at all and they do appear to stop better than the traditional ones. I will buy these again and so will my Dad who also said they were really nicely made and heavy duty for the price. Great product.

Work great. Really impressed w the quality. We waited a bit after installation to make sure they didn’t rust… and they did not rust. Great quality! Will buy again.

I highly recommend their kits. It came a day early well packaged. Had everything you’ll need. I would get extra slider pin lube. The only negative thing I have is they don’t mark the rotors for which side they go on. Minor thing a 20 sec internet search answered that question. Next time I need to do a brake job I will be ordering from them.

Overall very good, minor problem with the paint on the rear pads, would not fit in the brackets, had to file it off.

EVERYTHING FOR MY TRUCK FIT PROPERLY AND EASY FOR BRAKE UPGRADE

First the good. Received my order ahead of schedule in a well package box. All contents were in the box. Install front rotors and pads without issue.The bad. Ran into issues with the rear rotor and brake pad install. Turns out the pads included in the kit were the wrong size but it took many hours and phone calls to get it resolved. I ran up to the local auto part store and purchased new pads and they worked. Funny how everything goes smooth with the correct parts. I called Detroit Axle customer service which was a joke. It took over 30 minutes to get through and when I did they were clueless. At first they offered me $25 as a partial credit for the pads but at that time I wasn’t sure if it was the pads or the rotors or both that was the issue so I wanted a replacement for both. I was supposed to receive a return label but never did. Called back 5 days later on was on hold another 30 min. Had them resend the label which I finally received in my email. When I asked what the amount I was going to receive back I was told $10 less than what I was originally quoted. Stay away as they don’t back their products.

Waited two weeks to review these.Overall a great buy! Minor rust spot on the rotor, but brakes and rotors easy to install. One set of the brake pads were thicker than the rest and I had to fight them to get it over the rotor. For the price and look you can’t beat them. Rained yesterday and I was concerned that they’d rust. Hope. They held up!They stop smoothly and quietly! Love these! You can’t go wrong with Detroit Axle!
