I struggle with the foam kind of ear plugs as my left ear canal is very narrow and twisty thanks to congenital issues. I'm a big silence lover, and find it hard to relax if there is noise. My double glazing isn't great, my neighbours love to slam doors, stomp about like elephants and communicate messages to friends in the next street by standing outside my bedroom and yelling. At least two of the young men in our street are very keen to let you know at every opportunity that they do indeed have a motor vehicle that can do loud revs and tyre squealing at any time there is a girl within sight. My son insists on wandering around the house using his very loud electric toothbrush, and the cat thinks there is nothing more fun than loudly announcing and then playing multiple rounds of 'mad 5 minutes' AKA 'wall of death' in the middle of the night. I was tired. These earplugs are great. Super comfy, can be squeezed and shaped to fit any weird ear geography you may have, stay in all night and keep unwanted noise out COMPLETELY. My only complaint would be the faff involved in having to wash and dry hands and ears before and after each use, but if you don't they very quickly become grey and unpleasant looking. If you have longer hair, tie it back, the silicone is much more difficult to remove from your hair than hair is to remove from the silicone!

I’ve only ever used foam earplugs before so can’t compare to other silicon ones. I (rather foolishly) bought a new build house on a corner at the top of a cul de sac. No neighbour is deliberately noisy but omg - taxis at 2&3 am sit idling outside my house as everyone chooses to get out here ?, everyone parks outside which I don’t mind as I’ve a drive but coming back to the cars late at night shouting “been lovely” “see you soon etc” and last but by no means least the home shopping delivery wagons reversing outside my house - did you know they start delivering at 6 am 🥲. Well, if you’ve read till now I apologise for my moaning, needless to say I’m fed up , because no one has much garden space my bedroom is effectively roadside so I hear it all. Since I got these I’ve slept for what feels like the first time in forever !!! They’ve stayed in place, not caught any hairs in (I have long hair) and look very clean. They mould, a bit like putty but no smell & don’t fall apart. I’ve only used the 2 so far (been about 2-3 weeks) and I’ve taken to only using 1 at a time as sound is so completely blocked I worried I wouldn’t gear kids or smoke alarm. Even if they suddenly fell apart I’d buy again because this last couple of weeks of sleep have been a life saver

I sleep better since using those as is comfortable, easy to use and is reducing noise by at least 70%. The only drawback is that needs rinsing and washing regularly as gets sticky and collects dust or need to buy new box oc those.

These ear plugs are incredible, far superior to any sponge or rubber in ear plugs I have tried. They are like balls of putty that are moulded and remoulded and pushed into the outer ear blocking the ear canal. Once they have been seated correctly the noise blocking is outstanding. In fact I have slept through my mobile alarm on a few occasions so be warned! I use them on holidays when sharing a room with a heavy snorer and they are the only thing that gives me a good nights sleep. Each pair can be used many many times, they do eventually pick up linen dust but it doesn't seem to affect them in anyway. 1 pair has lasted many weeks, each night just turning them back into a ball and reinserting. I will say however when inserting them, they can cause a vacuum seal on your ear canal if pushed too hard, which is uncomfortable, just remove them lightly to release the vacuum and reseat and you will be good all night. Try to keep them over the ear canal in the outer ear and not pushed down the ear canal and you will get great comfortable results. Amazing!

Didn’t work for me. They keep falling out. Don’t like the fact that bacteria can get into the silicon putty. Mine went in the bin.

è il miglior prodotto sul mercato. Speriamo che questa marca comincino a venderla nelle farmacia. Silicone compatto, morbido, modellabile. ovviamente anallergico. Questi tappi per le orecchie non sono piccoli come quelli che trovate in una farmacia (tipo quelli color lampone) e pagate 5 o 6 volte di più. Più piccoli sono, più c'è il rischio che vi restino nelle orecchie... Questi invece sono i più grandi sul mercato. Quindi tra l'altro durano di più di tutti gli altri, anche dieci notti consecutive. Vi lavate le dita in acqua fredda con un sapone molto delicato, li modellate coi polpastrelli; quando hanno preso il diametro giusto li mettete nelle orecchie. A quel punto si rigonfiano e si adattano perfettamente al canale uditivo. Le istruzioni sono molto chiare, dicono di inserirli asciutti. Personalmente io li lascio un po' umidi così si inseriscono meglio. Ogni paio potete usarlo anche dieci notti consecutive. Dopo troppe ore naturalmente bisogna usare un paio nuovo. Parano i rumori tipo tre volte più dei tappi di gommapiuma, non solo i sibili ma anche i bassi Anzi ormai tutta la mia vecchia scorta di tappi di gommapiuma è inutile perché quelli non bloccano quasi nessun rumore, in confronto. Poi anche la gommapiuma causa ipersensibilità al materiale. Il silicone invece è più inerte. Ovviamente ci dev'essere qualche cliente molto furbo che non sa come usarli, anche se l'uso è molto intuitivo e il foglietto è chiarissimo. Ho letto un paio di recensioni tra le più ridicole di Amazon... Ci sono quelli che sorridono e gli scappano i tappi dalle orecchie. C'è chi li trova unti: certo, è il loro cerume, dopo che se li sono tolti dale orecchie. C'è chi li trova appiccicosi: allucinazioni tattili? C'è qualche furbo che lava la plastica siliconica in acqua calda, senza tener presente che questo non è silicone per finestre... Ormai a questo mondo non mi stupisco più di niente. Vedo che ci sono anche clienti che giocano a appiccicarseli ai capelli! facciano pure, magari per quello preferiscono la cera. Mancano solo i clienti che si masticano i tappi come chewing gum. i Medi Grade sono i tappi migliori sul mercato. Per ora anche il rapporto prezzo/qualità è molto buono.

Très satisfait de ces bouchons d’oreilles Medi Grade. Le silicone est souple et agréable, ce qui permet de les porter pendant plusieurs heures sans gêne, même en dormant sur le côté. Ils réduisent bien les bruits environnants et m’aident à avoir un sommeil plus calme.

Si has llegado hasta aquí buscando una solución definitiva para poder dormir porque tu pareja ronca, tienes vecinos ruidosos o trabajas de noche y necesitas descansar de día, este pack de Medi Grade es la salvación. Llevo años usando tapones y estos de silicona moldeable juegan en otra liga. Lo que los hace perfectos y por qué se ganan mis 5 estrellas: • NO SE METEN EN EL CANAL AUDITIVO (Cero dolor): A diferencia de los tapones de espuma tradicionales que se expanden dentro del oído y terminan doliendo tras varias horas, estos de silicona se moldean con los dedos como si fueran plastilina y se colocan cubriendo la entrada del oído por fuera. Al cabo de 5 minutos te olvidas por completo de que los llevas puestos, incluso si duermes de lado apoyando la oreja en la almohada. • AISLAMIENTO ACÚSTICO BRUTAL: No te dejan sordo al 100% (ningún tapón del mercado lo hace por seguridad), pero reducen el ruido exterior a un susurro lejano. El sonido de los ronquidos, los coches de la calle o el ascensor del vecino desaparecen por completo. Crean un vacío sellado perfecto. • REUTILIZABLES E HIGIÉNICOS: El pack trae 6 pares y vienen en cajitas individuales superprácticas. No son de un solo uso; cada par se puede lavar con un poco de agua tibia y jabón neutro, dejar secar y volver a usar muchas veces hasta que pierdan su adherencia. No acumulan pelusas ni suciedad fácilmente. 💡 CONSEJO DE ORO PARA COLOCARLOS BIEN (Y que no se caigan): Para que aíslen al 100%, la oreja debe estar totalmente seca. Haz una bolita con el tapón, colócalo en la entrada del oído y presiónalo suavemente hacia abajo hasta que tape bien todo el hueco. No intentes meterlo hacia dentro como si fuera un bastoncillo; el secreto es que haga "efecto ventosa" superficial. Si tienes la oreja pequeña, puedes cortar la bolita a la mitad sin problema. En resumen, una compra barata, supercómoda y que de verdad te devuelve la calidad de vida y el descanso que necesitas. Dormir del tirón no tiene precio. ¡Totalmente recomendados!
