This is, in part, because the instructions don’t match the parts received. They depict different sizes of bolts but the package contained 10 exactly the same. There are two sizes of reinforcing plates depicted - I received three exactly the same. Plus none of the metric sockets I have worked so it meant contorting to utilize two sets of pliers to tighten nuts. I am a 70+ woman and struggled to tighten some of them but managed to finally get it assembled. It was a lot more work than anticipated - and my hands hurt by the time I was done. But I think the cart is going to work well for me.
