I've been using this C from Natural Factors for a good many years for all the grandkids. They love the flavors and it's the only C that I found that the ingredients and manufacture suit my high standards. The price is right and I usually order it although my somewhat local Natural Grocers also carries it. I love that it's not loaded with sugar and food colorings and other unnecessary and harmful ingredients. We use it daily and really up the dose if feeling down in the dumps. Highly recommend this brand especially over the big box store ones. Very good quality product.

These are so sour that only kids should use them. If you cannot handle the acid on your teeth, gums or mouth don't buy these. They are sour and acidic. They will work ok if you are young and strong enamel, otherwise avoid. That said I am sure they do what they should. Lots of fillers in this.

I bought these Natural Factors 500 mg. Vitamin C tablets to take with my slow-release iron. I'm anemic, and Vitamin C facilitates and increases the body's absorption of iron. My doctor told me to take 500 mg a day with the iron tablet. 500 mg is 833% of the US RDA for Vitamin C. The tablets are a large, white disc. You can see the size in the attached pictures; the tablets are in the palm of my hand for size reference. They taste good, and are a little like a slightly sour, tangy candy. The bottle contains 180 tablets, so that's enough for 6 months at one a day. The country of origin is CANADA, not CHINA. What I really like about these tablets are that they contain NONE of the following: NO artificial colors, preservatives, or sweeteners NO dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast, or soy NO eggs, fish, shellfish, animal products, or tree nuts NO GMOs! They are suitable for vegetarians/vegans. The expiration date on the bottle I received is Feb 2019, so they will last a long time and are nowhere near the expiration date. I'm very happy with this purchase and will definitely buy these again! I would also definitely recommend these, and I think if your kids like sour candies (and their doctor recommends they take 500 mg), they would really like taking these.
