Nightmares & Fairy Tales Volume 4: Dancing with the Ghosts of Whales Paperback – August 26, 2008

This is totally worth the $40 i payed for it. The art is beautiful, the stories haunting, and the writing is, as always, awesome. The only thing that saddens me is that it doesn't really have a conclusive ending, we never find out what becomes of the little girl as she grows up. Does she fall into a similar fate as the others have? Does she ever figure out the mystery behind the doll? Do we? Serena, if you're reading this, please write one more, I implore you! Just wrap it up for us!In short, if you liked the other three books, (or at least the first two, I didn't particularly care for the third) You'll love this one just as much if not more. And if you did like the others, check out her other comic work 'Gloomcookie'! I just got the first one a few days ago and I couldn't put it down until it was finished!

I enjoyed reading the last volume of the series, but I was disappointed on how the author ended the series. It felt like she was tired of this and just ended it abruptly. Also the cover that the amazon pic display is nothing similar to what the cover of the actual book is, but rest assured that it is actually what you ordered. But still I enjoyed reading it.

I have officially collected all the books. This one came in amazing condition and it was a good read too.

my daughter purchased this book for herself she LOVES IT!! and everything else from this author cool drawings as well we actually ordered an anabell doll just like the one on the front cover it came in a little lined coffin lol

The art and story lines are beautiful and intriguing. I received it in perfect condition and it was the lowest price I had seen for this particular volume in a while.

I would suggest this series to anyone who likes the Grim Fairy Tales. They are dark and deep, with a story line that will draw you in.
