I absolutely love this clock so much I bought a second one for my sewing room (the first one is in a shower room). The dial is easy to read and includes a second hand which I use more than I would have thought. The thermometer is nice when I'm wondering "Is it hot in here, or is it just me?" It's just a really nice quality clock that looks nice too.

I have had clock for 4 years. Has kept time fairly well with sometimes running a bit fast so I change it back. Unfortunately, the clock face has curled up on 2 sides (must be made of thin paper) so it looks weird, so I will look for a new one.

I purchased this clock for my three-seasons porch; late spring, through summer, and into fall the porch has open screens from waist-height to ceiling, and solid walls from waist to floor. This clock started out great! It was easy to read from a distance, it was convenient to have the temperature and humidity dials, and I liked the way it looked on the brick wall. It's placement kept it out if direct and indirect sun as well as kept it completely dry. When received, I removed the battery and adjustment cover, which can be difficult without the use of a butter knife or very small screwdriver to pry the cover off, added a brand-new batter, adjusted the time, replaced the back cover and hung the clock level on my wall using a nail. The second hand glides smoothly and the clock emits no noise. Unfortunately, the clock began loosing time within a week and completely stopped working within two weeks. I again removed the cover with the aid of a small screwdriver, removed the previous battery, wiped the battery connections off with a polishing cloth, checked for signs of corrosion and damage, added another brand new battery, set the time, replaced the cover, and hung level on my wall. This time, the clock began loosing time within a few days and stopped working completely within a week. I repeated step two, this time using batteries I purchased from Home Depot specifically for this third-time replacement and again, the outcome was loosing time within a few days and stopping completely within a week. At this point I was done replacing and adjusting and the clock now remains at 1:48 permanently, however the humidity and temperature gauges seem to be somewhat accurate.

This is a very pretty clock and looks great where I hung it.

Not good for outside it mists up unable to read clock due to water vapor Outdoor clock and waterproof i do not think so.
