This is wonderful to sprinkle on salads, soups, casseroles, etc. It is delicious with the toasted garlic flavor. It is a bit oily, but that’s a minor drawback. I haven’t tried cooking with it yet because I’ve been happy with the other uses for it, but I will try in the future. I think it might be delicious Inc. into different things.

I’m a garlic lover and I use fresh garlic on just about every dish. This is a perfect topper for ramen, soup, salad etc. The price is great for what you get.

These did not taste well. I figure they'd have some flavor or some salt but they just taste gross. I have been putting them as salad toppers for crunch to use them up. They are crunchy & there is a big amount for the money but flavor is lacking.
