I got it out of the package to begin with and it seemed flat, however within couple days it did not seem so flat anymore. It worked out alright on the bed, however it never stayed in place due to the fact it had not skirting on it like others I have had in the past.It was very comfortable and nice to sleep on, however after a month of use it became very flat, and provided no comfort whatsoever.
