No it is much too heavy and the conservatory won't hold the fixing bolts

Is this flush to the wall or does rain get down the back

Back is flat so It sits flush to the wall BUT if your wall isn't perfectly smooth there's chance rain could trickle down. Ours isn't, but can't say it's been a problem.

Can this be cut widthwise to fit a 95 cm width door way?

You can cut the plastic sheet to reduce the width.

To fit below a window and above an outward-opening door : what is height of outward edge below top of fixing bracket ?

The outer edge is level with the lowest fixing hole.
