Q: Does this product contain any parabens ?

I read the ingredients on the outer package and didn’t see anything that didn’t look “natural,” but I’m not a chemist. I would say “no,” to answer your question.

Q: What is the difference between this (green tube) and the one in the white tube?

They have a different scent. I like the green classic, the purple lavender, and the Orange Amber. Never tried the Oak Moss in white, but I wouldn't chance nearly 30 bucks on it. This is the best shave cream, but they priced themselves out of the market a few years ago by trying to become a "luxury" brand. Same shave cream, just jacked the price from 16 to 24. I told them it would fail, and I see less of their product now. Too bad. But the Classic is great - - try it! Proraso with Sandalwood scent is 95% as good for 10 bucks.

Q: Hve to lather with a brush or will fingers do?

I put it on a wet brush and mix it right on my face! It works great every time.
