The supplement is not super easy to swallow for those that are not used to taking pills (see photos - M&M for scale) but it works great for heart health, among other things!

Besides being effective, the best thing about it is that it is "burp free". Note that these are larger pills although they have a smooth surface that makes them easier to go down. I always buy this supplement from Amazon as they have the best price.

Good packaging, quick delivery and fair price. I find this comparable to Kirkland fish oil which has always been fine for me in the past. It might be better if it was made from small fish, but at least they state that they cleaned up the mercury.
