I ordered the item, but it arrived without the expected arms attached? What to expect of this?

Well, I ordered and paid for one and it never arrived! I have complained (reported it) and gotten no response. Someone is not doing a good job giving the customer what she/he wants!!!

I don't think it's fully grown, so "life size" may differ! Pray you don't get a breeder, it'll be laying slimy pods all over. I learned my lesson on that one!
