The new kayak I purchased has seat track bolts that secure the seat to the kayak rails. One was defective in that the threaded bolt rotated where it attached to the small plate. The tightening nut could not secure the seat with that rotation. The kayak company sent me new attachment hardware but I plan to use these for other equipment that might need to be attached to the rails. At $15 per bag of six, they are however expensive.

Fit and worked as expected

I needed longer screws to mount my fish finder assembly to my new Hobie Kayak.

I use these to mount a crossbar on my Hobie kayak. They fit in the grooves well and are nice and strong.

Hard to find locally for what I need them for.

1.5” is a good length for attaching 1/2” starboard to Hobie gear tracks using the LoPro knobs. I originally bought 1” which only left about one thread poking through the starboard.
