Do you have to mount to surface for use.

You either have to mount the ramps to a surface, or use a jack to raise the wheels so you can slide the ramp under the wheel. Whatever you do, don't try to drive on to the ramps without being solidly affixed to a surface.

Can you buy these in a two pack, my back tires are 11" wide?
