FAQ for possible solutions to common issues: Adaptor Issues: If using the Adaptor please make sure you have lined up the Logo on both the cable & the Adaptor(See 7th picture in listing for a detailed view). Make sure the adaptor is plugged into a USB 3.0 Blue/Red Port. It's common for Front USB Ports to show blue but actually be only USB 2.0 Speed. Plug in the back of the case if the front ports don't work. Issues with the software: Make sure the PTC(Public Test Channel) is disabled/Opted out/turned off. Make sure you have version 1.43 or 1.44 or above of Oculus Home. If your USB-C Port doesn't work then use the Adaptor.
