I fast at least 14 hours per day. This is the first time that I've taken fasting salts, or any electrolytes for that matter, but since taking one dosage a day I feel so much better. No more cramps at night, far less dehydration and more mental clarity. Overall I just feel great. I will be taking this for as long as I need it. Expensive product but worth it.

I don't know how anyone can say it's expensive. It's 100% salts so you're not paying for preservatives, flavourings, artificial sweeteners. I just came here to check how much sodium is in it (as I have a headache and turn to this to reverse hyponatremia).As I've been swigging this for a few days and a headache has returned I was curious. Surprised to see I bought it in 2024 - and only halfway through the packet. Compared to Nuun and High5 and other products that I used to buy this seems like great value.I probably have a headache because I was innoculated against a couple of diseases a few days ago. I will definitely be buying this product again and cannot help wondering if people who think they have migraine might not have hyponatremia as we're implored not to consume salt and exercise more. An uncomfortable combination even in cloudy weather if you're a "salty sweater" which I believe I am.Just about to order my second packet - three years after the original order so it lasts ages. I decanted it into a clear glass bottle (with a silicone stopper) which I find easier to dispense. I sprinkle a little into most water that I drink - and have no problems with my blood pressure etc.

This does taste nasty very salty , but it does the job ! Has everything you need

Non toxic pure electrolytes that last ages

Purchased this for a 72hr water fast. Drinking this regularly and topping up when needed really prevented or got rid of many of the side effects of water fasting (dizziness, headaches, etc.) Would definitely recommend for anyone thinking of doing the same to ensure you don't get dehydrated through lack of electrolytes.My only reason for marking this as 4 stars is that it doesn't seem justifiable to price them so high. ~£30 for what is essentially salt and common minerals seems a bit excessive.

It's more on expensive side but I love that there is no any unnecessary ingredients like in most ofher electrolytes. One little scoop on half litter, good concentration feels by the taste. Much difference if compare to the mainstream ones. Quality!!

Something has changed. I used to love this product, but after ordering again, the taste is different this time and doesn't give me the same energy release as it used to. I think the ingredients have changed, despite being the same on the bag, which is concerning.

THIS! I tried so many electrolytes that I stopped counting and they only reduced a fatigue on long distance hiking for me but never fully resolved it. I am a heavy sweater and even in cool environment (Swedish mountains, 2-8 degrees during a day) I need to supplement electrolytes. Depending on the milage, I was doing 5-10 g of this per day, slept like a baby and could keep moving for weeks. It will become a permanent food supplement on my hikes, thank you!

I used to use Sunshine Nutrition’s effervescent electrolytes tablets. The brand is good, but the difference this supplement made in my energy level in comparison is like night and day! Better than caffeine. If you want a no-nonsense electrolyte supplement, try this one.
