These iron supplements were recommended to me by a midwife many years ago as gentle on the stomach and she's right! They have worked well for restoring my iron both during and long after pregnancy with very minimal side effects if any. These are the only brand and formula I will take.

After two months of taking two pills per day, my lab work shows my ferritin levels are going up! Up two points in two months. I'm still in the low zone, but up is better than down. And even better, it does not constipate me or make me nauseous like the ones the doctor had been prescribing. I'll update this review when I get my labs done again in three months.

These iron supplements were prescribed to improve a severe iron deficiency. Within a month my deficiency symptoms were improved with the reduction of a continuous burning tingling in my right leg. Other supplements are not as effective. I began the supplements in June with a ferritin iron level of 4, by September my ferritin level was 68, still low but improving. At one point I ran out of vital nutrients and a substitute was not as effective.

You need your supplements and this has been perfect for me, med is easy to take, no adverse affects and delivered on schedule
