Is the unit (child seat) high enough for a 6 month to reach the adult table? In the pictures it looks very low?

Depends on how tall your chairs are and how much gap between your table and chair is. The seat can attach to most chairs but if the gap is to big then the child won’t be at the right height

Has this chair got good lumbar support? Is it good for babies back and posture?
