I have been using Gynostemma, along with berberine, for a couple of months. I am 75 and have had memory problems for years, but now my mind is so clear. I am sad to see that Gynostemma is no available at this time. I want to order it now.!

I think this supplement is great! I haven't noticed any bad taste or smells after taking it. I make sure I drink plenty of water with it. The pills are pretty big and they tend to stick together if your mouth is not very moist. I found it best to take one at a time and not try to throw them all back at the same time or else you may get choked like I did.The only issues I have found is that after about a month of taking them, I accidentally cut my finger and it took a long time to get it to quit bleeding. My blood is thinner than normal so I would strongly recommend that you make sure to consult your doctor before taking them and even more so if you know that you are going to need to have surgery in the near future.I ran out before and it was about a week before I received my new supply and I could tell a difference in my body and the way I felt (sluggish, shoulder pains) I don't know if I would recommend running out or abruptly stop taking them all around if you decide to use this supplement. If I ever decide to quit taking them, I am afraid I will need to ween myself off slowly.The benefits I have noticed is that it is easier for me to get my weight off in combination with a healthier diet and exercise. I initially purchased this supplement because it claims to help activate the AMPK in your body. I have a little bit more energy and overall feel slightly better so I believe that it works.I hope this review is helpful to your decision making.

I wanted to try this supplement becasue of the awesome reviews. Unfortunately, the taste was so bad that I didn't continue the supplement. Very pricey, so be sure you will take it despite its bad taste.
