Huge Bag to Make A Huge Amount of Tasty Chocolate Candies, Hot Chocolate Bombs, etc
These came recommended by a candy blogger. The chocolate melts really well and it tastes really good, even just alone as a quick sweet. This bag will last me a long time. The chocolate looks fresh with no film. They melt easily in my microwave, hot chocolate machine and my chocolate candy melter.

Melted, but it's chocolate
As a stress-reliever, I make homemade candies for family and friends as gifts. This is one of the best products that I've purchased for making candy. They don't immediately melt all over your fingers when you try to eat whatever confectionary treats you have made and they are delivered in well-packaged in thermal envelopes containing freezer packs, but if you live in Texas in August and the FedEx delivery-person leaves them out in the sunlight in the late-afternoon (despite the clear warnings on the package), they will probably be very melted when you receive them if you work evenings. My bad. The package went into the fridge where it will stay until the next time I decide to try to use it. The optimist in me hopes that the chocolate has been "environmentally tempered" and will be just fine.
