This is a fantastic doorbells, delivered on time, has a nice ring to it and comes supplied with a 230v to 8v transformer with it. I've just fitted it and it looks great.

What can I say - I had it installed when getting work done on the house so I've no idea if it was easy or not, but it works great. It's a proper traditional bell striker so it's nice and loud, and no need to worry about batteries. Only thing is it's a little smaller than I had expected - it replaced a similar item that had stopped working, but is less than half the size. Might be a good thing for you, but worth making sure you check the dimensions if you're replacing an existing one.

A traditional doorbell that is straightforward to fit and whose ring is somewhat adjustable. It is not too stringent but loud enough. Looks solidly manufactured.

I was expecting a push button, since the description implied that it would be included. Please amend your product description to inform everyone that there is no push bell in the package.

Looks good, I'm not good at DIY so a friend of mine installed it for me, luckily he's an electrician and knew what he was doing. Could have been a little louder but its ok.

No instructions, although simple to wire if you already have a fitted transformer. Wouldn't be able to fit it if I had to wire in the transformer to the consumer board.

If you want a classic bell, then go for this one. Note that there is no bell push included despite the description.

Bjr Je vient juste de recevoir ma commande , il s'agie d'une sonnette a cloche comme a l'ancienne . Première question pourquoi j'ai choisie ce model . Et bien tous simplement les sonnettes que l'ont trouve sur le marcher se sont des petits modules de marque Leg..d /Mer..n et j'en passe , et quelle que soit leur sons , elles manque tous cruellement de puissance ( un petit Buzz ) tout juste audible d'une pièce a l'autre avec une puissance dite de ( 80db ? ) . La j'ai voulue taper fort avec cette sonnette a cloche , pour le transformateur il s'alimente en 220v sortie 8v Vac , il s'adapte plus ou moins bien sur raille Din mais est compatible avec les coffrets de marque Legrand donc aucune transformation ( rien a modifier ) Pour la sonnette comme vous avez pu constater elle se fixe a l'extérieure du coffret avec un branchement 2 fils de la sortie du Transformateur . Elle se compose d'un simple électroaimant avec un noyaux excité par deux bobines , simple mais efficace . Et la je peut vous dire que j'entend la sonnette , dans la maison la ou je me trouve de la cave au grenier . Pour confirmer le bouton de sonnette est pas prévue dans le packaging il reste a votre charge . La notice reste très succin mais rien d'insurmontable . Amicalement Mme Mr Claude Mattéo
