This fridge is the right balance between utility (large storage, low maintenance, etc.) and cost, which is way lower than the brands that have a similar model and volume.Many think that a large fridge is for large families only. Not really. We are a nuclear family, and it’s very handy. Here are some features we love about it:- Frost free! No more defrosting at night and waking up to a pool of water to clean in the morning. No ice slabs in the freezer. Life has one less unwanted hassle to be irritated about.- Two completely separate compartments, one for freezer and other for fridge: This is a huge advantage. You can store a huge lot in the freezer (poultry products, cold cuts, to ice creams, frozen food...). Open only the part that you need to - and save energy. On the fridge side, there’s ample space too, and our experience has been that vegetables stay fresh longer. Thats a plus, especially for busy households where you can shop and store for a few days.-Strong cooling, quick ice formation, a cold water dispenser: all of these are small conveniences that make life a slight bit easier.- Temperature control, holiday mode, which ensure minimal power consumption but constant usage.- Looks: well, this is where this fridge scores a 10/10. A very smart looking appliance (we bought the black one), especially with the LED panel of temperatures, modes, etc.Overall, an amazing buy. Correct price point, utility and incredible looks.One frequent complaint I have seen in the reviews is installation. This is a fridge. Just remove the trays, place them in their respective sections, adjust the two front legs so the fridge is stable... and voila! Start using! We gave it an extra disinfectant rub inside before use, but thats a personal preference. Its as easy to start using. Need more info? The media could not be loaded. Guys. Dont buy this Amazon Basics product. I bought this and within 1 year cooling stopped. Asusual i complained and its been 1 month that they did nothing on this. They say parts are not available and we shall repair when its available. Just imagine the pain you shall go through without fridge and dont when when they shall even fix it. I escalated to multiple levels and tried contacting every day since 3 weeks now but of no use. If this could have been some samsung or whirlpool i could het the parts or repair technician nearby and could have solved but no one is ready to touch this fridge as every one saying parts are difficult to find and we shall not touch it. I waited enough and lastly i am opting to go consumer forum now. Waited long enough.Shared my experience. Rest up to you.Update after waiting for 1.5 months of service feom cloud tail. As on 5-Feb-2023I was fed up of waiting as they were always saying 2 days or 3 days and went on. So i understood that neither Amazon nor Their 3rd party service guy cloud tail i guess will not do and i waited enough. I spent some 15K on this extra feom my pocket and did the work from a well reputated service guy in hyderabad. Very satisfied with his work and he just did all the work and handed over my fridge in just 2 hours or less only. My fridge has been way better than earlier since a week and no issues till date. So thought to delete previous video n upload new video n pic to show how its actually done. May be that might help to few. These people are not gona do it so better go n replace the compressor with LG n condenser with any copper one (Just a thought as per my knowledge) but up to you. These people are not gona do it or not gona pay us for that.I will assume that i bought this fridge for 65K now. Thats all i can do.For those who r gona buy this. Buy this but if it gives trouble or stops working then forget that it shall be in warranty n repaired. Be ready to spend some extra money on it further.

I got this refrigerator for an effective price of around 35k (incl. 5k cashback). I can see the current rating of the product is out of frustration for the product being not installed and pathetic customer service. I was lucky enough to have the product delivered and installed on the same day.Though the Team who came to install the product had no idea about the touch controls, they setup the internal shelves very well.Coming to the refrigerator, this is my first side by side refrigerator. So I don’t know how one is expected to work. The left part of the fridge is a freezer and the right one is a normal fridge. It’s a frost free refrigerator, so no ice forming in the freezer part. Maybe because of this functionality, the freezer part is a bit moist/wet (but not leaking) whenever I checked.The cooking is absolutely fine. The freezer is freezing everything into ice and the normal refrigerator is doing it’s job. The touch controls are pretty straight forward (ice -> left & wind -> right).There’s an AI mode to adjust temperatures automatically. All it does is override manual setting to a predefined temperatures. It doesn’t adjust to room temperature.Finally, it’s from Amazon Basics. We wouldn’t know how this brand’s products work unless we use them because they are offering products at a very low cost which makes one think if this will work and if it does for how long. I went ahead and took the risk. Let’s see! Pros and cons time!Pros:1. Value for money (if it continues to work)2. Solid Material and build3. Simple controls4. Efficient cooling5. Has wheels (which will be locked after installation) for moving.Cons: (Updated)1. Huge product. Difficult to carry it up the building. Added a picture for comparison with 260 Ltr normal refrigerator.2. High ceiling required to unbox this inside home as the box has to be removed by moving it straight up or the whole package has to be bent and then the box can be removed in an angle. This requires at least 4-5 people.3. Slight chances of finger(s) getting stuck while closing doors.
