Same exact grease used by the military since WWII
This company has been in business since 1870. The reason? Good service and top notch products is why. In WWII they did their part and helped their country by providing weapons grade lubricant for the US military for use in all their M1 Garand, and other rifles and machinery. The original tiny clear plastic "grease pot" jars used by GIs to go in the buttstock of their rifles are sadly no longer produced. The empty original WWII and Korean War era GI issue jars can be refilled and reused over and over though, because this company that produced the original WWII grease is still in business and this is the same grease: No 130-A approved and still used by the US military. Accept no substitute. Nothing protects and lubricates your vintage weapons better. Use the exact same grease your Father, Grandfather, or Great Grandfather used. Lubriplate!! "IT'S THE FILM!"

Best lubrication on the market
Best lubrication on the market. We used this at work whenever we rebuilt air cylinders to keep them from freezing up when in use in the stamping dies. It's great on lawn mower blade mounts, lug nuts and just about anything with threads or anywhere there might be friction. A can this size will last for a very long time.

Required for M1A! Also works great on Mini-14.
To spec. After a full tear-down and cleaning, just use very lightly any where you see metal-on-metal wear. Cycle action repeatedly, wipe any excess off. The M1A and M14 can put up with a lot of abuse and still work with insufficient cleaning, but this grease brings it back to like-new operation smoothness. Also works great on the Mini-14 (because its just a mini M14... same operation). There's a lot of questions I see about people asking, "Can I use this on a Glock?" or "..on an AR"? I would say NO to both. Any Glock takes a VERY small amount of very thin oil on the slide rails and one drop at the rear- that's it. For an AR, I would use a little Lubriplate on the takedown pins and ears, but that's it, and only if you frequently separate upper and lower.. Definitely NOT on the bolt carrier group!

Says it expires in 2027.... I call bs
Fantastic grease. Was the official grease for the US Rifle Cal.30 M1 (Garand) during the Second World War. its great because its easy to work with. No issues. Just keep in mind that it comes in a plastic tub now with vapor lock for some odd reason (perhaps to cut down on cost or some jazz) If you are a gun person this is the grease for you. If not then well you can grease your palms with this or whatever it is you do. Peace out!

Works great on my M1 grand.
A great lubricant for my M1 grand. It has also quieted my garage door. I probably have enough from this one can to last the rest of my life.

great stuff
It's hard to find a better lubricant. It was formulated for use on the Garand rifle used in WWII but as a tool and die maker we used it on dies and all other kinds of tools. Great stuff.

product is great, shipping was great only slight problem I have is the picture shows a metal can . I actually got a plastic tub. Metal can would be better, metal can wont crack if dropped.

Works great on both my M1 and 1911
Works great on both my M1 and 1911. I prefer grease like this to oil on pistol slide rails as it stays where you put it and doesn't run or wick. And it lasts forever. I haven't even put a dent in the can I bought over a year ago.
