After months & months of gastro issues, lots of unexplained weight loss and every medical test in the book, I still had few answers. My Doc recommended a probiotic but the cost was too expensive & not feasible but I knew I needed to try one. This was recommended by a friend & after 40 days I have better results than anything else from the last year. I've been taking these raw probiotics for a few weeks now, and I've already noticed several positive changes. I've had gut issues for years, including constipation, diarrhea, and bloating. Using for about a month ... really hopeful it is doing what a probiotic should be doing ...

It is better than all the others. My life took a turn for the better within 12h of using it. Bloating gone, gas gone, stomach happy, no burps or hiccups and much more energy. I have tried the expensive over- advertised brands and never have had these results. I think that the enzyme complex they add to the probiotics helps a lot. Also 34 well chosen bacteria cultures help - it’s hard to find a product with such a variety and number of helpful bacterial cultures. Most of the products I used before had 10-15 bacteria types and no enzymes. I encourage you to look up the bacteria and see what it is good for and see if it will help your symptoms. That’s what I did and am thrilled that this product has all the ones I need.

I have always been the kind of person to overeat. I would always feel painful cramping in my stomach and I would always take too long in the bathroom because of constipation or sometimes diarrhea. Since it was my first time trying a probiotics supplement, I carefully read the details of each brand available on the market and this particular one offers 100 billion CFUs! So, I decided to give it a try. I ordered it to see for myself if it would help me with my IBS. When I received this product, I immediately started taking it. The first night that I took it, I noticed that the pain eased up and it became tolerable. The following morning, I felt that I was less heavy than before, but I was still taking way too many trips to the bathroom. As I continued using this for the first week, I really started noticing the changes. I was feeling lighter because the excess gas and bloating were gone, I noticed that I wasn’t as gassy as I was before, and I didn’t have out of control burps. The painful cramps were gone. I really felt less stressed because I wasn't having to take so many embarrassing trips to the bathroom all throughout the day...especially trips that took forever. I was more regular. 2nd bottle I have to take 3 capsules at once, then and only then do I get good results. That means I have to purchase 2 bottles at a time to get through 30 days. It’s just weird how well the first bottle worked taken as directed. Now will cost me more having to order possibly 3 bottles at a time, since there’s only 30 pills, so I can take 3 a day. 3 a day works but for how long remains to be seen. Just begs to wonder what’s going on, since first bottle worked great on recommended dosage. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Update, company responded to my disappointment with a full refund on 2 nd purchase. The only company so far to step up to the plate on products that have failed me. Thank you so much!

This stuff works like a charm! I was having some issues with loose stool and multiple trips to the bathroom. I tried Kefir milk and Yakult, but neither of them (even combined) seemed to do the trick. I decided to try a pre/pro combo pill and settled on the Wholesome Wellness brand due to positive reviews. I started off taking one pill per day, as directed, and things seemed fine for the first two days. There was a brief setback on day three, which was probably my own fault (hot salsa, anyone?) but since then it's been clear sailing! It's now been nearly two weeks, and I haven't had any issues at all. Everything is solid, so to speak, and I've settled into a pattern of one bathroom trip per day, almost always in the evening. I haven't even really changed my diet very much (though I should, I'll admit) other than ditching the Kefir and Yakult. I'll definitely be buying these again. I might actually utilize the "Subscribe & Save," which I've never used. 5/5
