The head is about the size of a large grapefruit, so definitely too big. The head is made out of a soft playable rubber (latex?) and would squash every time that you grabbed it to shift.

Q: Do these have different color hair? or only white/grey as in the picture?

The hair looks like it is made from a light brown twine that has been pulled apart to resemble hair. You can always put a wig on him.
