Yummy! But MUCH CHEAPER ON CHOCZERO's SITE
Great job, ChocZero! You've earned yourself a repeat customer!! Flavor and consistency were very similar to regular chocolate with the exception that it was not as sweet. I did have to add a lot of my own low-carb sweetener (I used Swerve Confectioners, just stirred it in after the chocolate was melted and had no problems at all) to get the sweetness level we were looking for, but still very happy with the outcome. I've used the white and milk choczero straight in chocolate molds, low-carb fudge, and drizzled on mixed nuts - all delicious! I did accidentally microwave it too much (from then on, I microwaved in 10 second intervals and then stirred when using small quantities). And on the fudge recipe, I noticed some separation (a clear oil), but I'm not sure if that was due to the chocolate or the low-carb sweetened condensed milk I made since at that point they were mixed - but the fudge still came out just fine in the end. I wouldn't recommend stirring any more than you have to - as it happened when I stirred too much. Overall very happy and have already bought several more from their website, where it is MUCH cheaper. ($7.50 per pack when buying the best deal (two-pack) on Amazon = $6 per pack on their website. Plus they offer free shipping for orders at $35 or more. I was happy to spend $35 on them! LOL

AMAZING!
OMG! These are amazing! Thank you to the others who have reviewed this before me. I needed a sugar free chocolate chip and others had said this one is better for diabetics. I am not a diabetic, but my mom and brother were. I made 2 gluten, sugar and almost dairy (the only dairy was in these chips) free chocolate loafs of bread and these chocolate chips make them simply amazing!!! I think I if replaced my kids chocolate chips with these they wouldn't notice. They taste great just by themselves too. I can't wait to bake more with them! And when they came in the mail I was so impressed! They came in a cute little cooler with an ice pack.

Way better taste and price than Lily's
The best sugar free chocolate I've ever tasted. Love the texture, you going to LOVE that it doesn't make you gassy or get the runs like other sugar free chocolates, and tastes way better. I ate half the bag in one sitting and didn't have any problems, and I have a very senisitive stomach. I compared the carbs to Lily's and Walmart's Bake Believe chips and this one is your best bet out of the three. I haven't tasted the Walmart brand, but I'm not upset about the price, waaay cheaper than Lily's and taste better with fewer carbs, which is a huge selling point for me since I try to stay below 20 grams of carbs, everyone of those suckers counts. *Bonus* Their packaging was amazing! They were kind and considerate enough to package the two bags in a protective styrofoam box with a cold pack inside. The bags came in perfect condition- not a single ship was melted or crushed. Great, considering our local delivery companies like to deliver our packages like its the 4th quarter and their only hope is a hail mary.

Delicious but beware buying in hot weather
These are delicious and low carb, great for a diabetic diet. Downside is I bought 2 bags of dark and 2 bags of milk chocolate chips and both milk chocolate were melted even though I brought them right in as it was delivered- the 2 ice packs were both one side of the box, and the 2 far bags were a lost cause. It has been unseasonably hot here in NY so theres no real blame I suppose. I guess I could melt it and bake with it but its all discolored and strange now that its cooled again.

SOLUBLE Corn Fiber is NOT the same as Maltodextrin!
Another review by Freddie states Buyer Beware! Ridiculous! This person who left that review should have done their research. There are two types of dietary fiber, each with important health benefits. Insoluble fiber, found in wheat bran, vegetables, and whole grains, is fiber that does not dissolve as it moves through the digestive tract. (It’s the type of fiber you’ve heard referred to as “roughage.”) Soluble fiber, which appears in nuts, seeds, and some fruits and vegetables, dissolves in water and becomes a gel that slows digestion of other nutrients such as carbohydrates. Unlike some fibers like isomaltooligosaccharides (often labeled as prebiotic fiber or tapioca fiber), soluble corn fiber is considered a true dietary fiber by the FDA. “Soluble corn fiber is not the same thing as corn,” registered dietitian Alix Turoff explains. “It is the fiber extracted from corn and has a very low net carb load, so it is appropriate for a ketogenic diet.” Since another name for soluble corn fiber is resistant maltodextrin, it has sometimes been confused with the ingredient maltodextrin. However, the two are nothing alike in their glycemic effects. Maltodextrin is very high on the glycemic index (GI), meaning that it can lead to a spike in blood sugar, but research shows that soluble corn fiber does not have the same effect. These chocolate chips are amazing!!! A true game changer!😊

Yummy!
Packaging was great! I ordered 2 packages of milk and 2 packages of dark chips. They came in a nice reusable cooler bag and 2 freezer packs. I like these better than Lily’s brand. I don’t get any gas from this brand. I am on keto and have read other reviews that it can kick you out of ketosis. I eat a tablespoon spoon of chips and mix it with a little cashews/peanuts for a snack. I have this 3x a day. The milk chocolate doesn’t taste like chocolate at all. It tastes like caramel to me, which is still awesome. The dark chocolate tastes more like chocolate than the Lily’s brand. They are pricey, but I would buy these again.
