This bait exceeded my expectations and saves $$
Exterminator recommended this and it works! Used for almost two years now. Placed in receptacles around perimeter of northern MN residence and storage buildings. Mice are accessing frequently and no longer finding any mouse poop in home or sheds. Important to use appropriate bait stations and disposable gloves when handling bait. Purchased bulk pail which is saving $$ over many applications. Exterminator offered to routinely manage at $100/visit so I am ahead quick. Good value. EZ to use.

Smelled dead rats soon after placing baits.
There were many baits available. Didn’t want to waste time. These were the most expensive. And least reviewed. I figured because they were a lot more expensive. Less people bought them and that’s why they were less reviewed. Seems I may have been right. Has used the green blocks from same company for a week. Not a nibble. Changed green for red. And voile’ started smelling dead rats almost the next afternoon. When it started to warm up outside. And the wind started blowing. A neighbors house was condemned and had rats. Had to protect my home. Bought the bait boxes and jaws style traps. Put the baits in and within a day or two was smelling dead rats in the wind. Didn’t see the rats. Didn’t check the traps. All the feral cats in the neighborhood are accounted for and no ones reported seeing any rats. It’d be my opinion they work. Update; been a few months. No signs of rats since I set the 10 bait stations around my two houses. Accross street from each other. Is mid-summer now. Had set up the boxes in the spring. All cats are accounted for and even have a family of ground hogs in the hollow below. Baits in stations (large black plastic boxes with holes in side for rat to enter. With a jaw trap inside) don’t seem to harm the larger wildlife. And have not seen or smelled a dead rat since soon after I put the baits out. Possible the rats had a resistance to the green baits. Will add. My houses are in a mountainous/forestry area. So if these baits control the rats in the country wild. They should definitely work in the suburbs and city’s. Had bought 5 gallon bucket. Still almost full. When purchased. The smaller containers were not available. Not sure large quantities are needed unless you have multiple properties or large areas to maintain. Update: July 2022. More than half Paul left. Not a sign of rats since before the first time I laid out the red baits. The bait I put in stations. When I check them. Seem to erode. Nothing has ever got caught in the jaws part of the station trap. Though, I do have a friend in a beach city area. Down South. He had similar stations catch one in his jaws. Now if we can just do something about the skunks. Happy hunting everyone.

This stuff will work
The pest control guy recommended I get this stuff. The green stuff doesn't work. This stuff does. We have a small homestead, and have a lot of chickens. We had a rat problem last year, now we don't. Worked quickly, and pests try to eat thru the lid to get at it.

What I’ve been looking for!
I have been fighting a mouse issue for a year. I’ve tried the snap traps, but sometimes will find a live mouse attached and I hate that! Or hear a mouse with its tail snapped in it running around. I have also tried the electronic zappers and have had good results, but I had too many! I have dogs and was looking for something that was little easier having them in the house with poison. I started putting f this around my rooms behind closed doors and completely away from my dogs and I am now able to start enjoying my home again! It took 2-3 weeks to get the issue under control. I have already recommended this product to several others. Living out in the country, this stuff is much needed! If I could give more stars, I would!

This bait works. Helped me eliminate unwelcome furry visitors.
I needed to get rid of rats on our block and our other baits seemed to be helping the rats more than eliminating them. I could see them running diagonally across the street from burrows in a negligent neighbor's yard to the four large bait feeders surrounding my house. The problem with multiple-feeding baits is that rats also get their meals elsewhere so never seem to eat enough bait to die. Instead, they keep returning for another bait snack, month-after-month. I even tried tossing the other baits directly inside the visible rat holes in their yard... nada. After a year of keeping my neighbor's rats healthy with multiple-feed baits, I switched to this bait and within a month or two, the rats were gone. I'd like to say I'm feeling lonely and miss those fast-moving, furry critters, but I don't. Be safe and wear disposable gloves or cover your hands with plastic bags when putting this bait into bait boxes.
