Sony MDR-ZX770BT/B Bluetooth Wireless Stereo Headphones with Microphone - Black (Renewed)

Very happy with the form, fit, function, performance, and quality. Good bass, and crisp highs and midrange. Was hesitant to buy a refurbished product, but aside from not being in a Sony retail package, they're indistinguishable from new. Not disappointed at all! Came exactly as advertised, packaged well, like new, with USB charging cable. Note: I had previously owned some bluetooth headphones from Monoprice, and I was pretty happy with them, but they quit charging after 1.5 years, and they were kind of bulky and "generic budget looking" so I thought I'd look into alternatives. Have always been happy with most Sony products I've owned so thought I'd give these a shot. I'm very happy with them. They're light and comfortable, over the ear design blocks out ambient noise. I wouldn't say that they're overly loud, as I put the headphone volume to max - 1 and my iPhone volume to max -1 and it's sufficiently loud but not anywhere near uncomfortably loud. Hope this helps.

Holy wow. I ordered these on somewhat of a whim as I needed a pair of solid over-ear bluetooth headphones for traveling. I was a bit worried that what I'd be getting could be janky as some reviews suggested the refurb versions have been DOA or damaged. Mine were not! When they arrived, I immediately took them out. They were clean and as far as I can tell, in perfect shape. I put them on, paired to my phone in seconds, and have been (and still am as I write) listening to music while walking around my apartment, working from home, making coffee, and taking a deuce. They sound great. I'm not a complete audiophile but I believe I have above-average audio knowledge being a filmmaker who dabbles in music and owns a $500 pair of headphones... these sound great. They may be a little bass heavy. They aren't completely noise-cancelling. But dang. I also have a gigantic head and I've been wearing these for two hours now... extremely comfortable. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a pair of these badboys.

Pros: battery life, I charge mine every few days, but have yet to run all the battery down. I use these at work for 4 or so hours a day. Well built for the price. Comfortable. Easy to pair with my phone. Controls on the ear piece work with spotify (next song, previous song, etc )Minor cons: ear pieces are faux? leather which are comfortable, but extended use can lead to sweating. I would prefer webbed breathable fabric like my home pc Logitech G430 headset (never sweat in this headset). Sound quality is acceptable and probably as good as it gets for the price, but is not 5 star worthy. An EQ app might make these much better, but I haven't explored that as it is good enough for me so far.

These headphones were great until they lost their ability to charge. I can no longer use them anymore. I’m not sure if it is my specific pair that are faulty or it is this model but I wouldn’t recommend purchasing.

Left side stopped working. I only use this when I mow the lawn once a week. It used to work great but not anymore.

Best set of wireless headphones I've tried yet. The ear padding is comfortable, the music comes out clear, and the controls are intuitive. I had a pair of wireless earbuds that were always falling out when I was at the gym. They just dont have a good design on those yet. These headphones are much better for running/working out. They stay right where I want them. There is some ear sweat to contend with, but it hasn't bothered me yet. Great buy.

Works great for listening to music from my PC, iPad as well as iPhone 5s. The build is solid. The fit is nice and snug. I also have a Bose Soundlink AE (Around Ear) bluetooth headphones. The fit on these seems a bit more secure. However, when I answer calls from the Sony, people say the sound is too weak. This seems to be a problem with most BT headphones that don't have a boom mike. I am OK with this little flaw. When I get a call, I just witch over to the phone. I would recommend this product.
