Piura is a type of Criollo cocoa with white cocoa beans that comes straight from the Alto Piura valley in Peru. Harvested at high altitude from the mountain slopes by 12 organizations of small producers which form the Quémazon community, this cocoa makes very light chocolate with a slightly acidic flavor.Ingredients:Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter.Storage:Keep in a dry and cool place, max 18°C (64°F). It’s good to know you can still get a great candy bar for $20. It’s worth it. Bonnet makes many varieties. All are different. All that I’ve tried have been excellent. Bonnard texture is superior to others. I think they mill it more.
