This oil help with hair growing of eyebrows and eyelashes?

yes, I mix it with Rosemary oil and saturate my scalp - usually put a shower cap on for an hour or more - then wash hair as usual - I think it helps.

Is this for a total of 12 oz?

It's a typo from our listing end. It's 1oz only not a Pack of 12. We updates asap. Thanks for pointing it out!

Is this fragrance free?

I do believe this is fragrance free.

does Pura d'or argan oil need diluting in a carrier oil?

I have never diluted mine. I simply put a drop on my forehead and two drops under each of my eyes which is plenty for the remainder of my face. I occasionally use it on my neck as needed.
