BonCera, Premium Ceramic Garlic Grater Plate Set - Cherry Line on Blue

Bought this as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loved it. Not only is it super handy while cooking but it’s also really pretty just to display in the kitchen while not in use.

What a great idea! I wish I had known about these sooner. Works really well, easy to clean and looks pretty too. I’d definitely recommend it.

I use this primarily for ginger and garlic, but you can also use it for lemon and lime zest! You have to keep the fruit moving, you can't stay in one spot for too long because this thing is EFFICENT, but it works!

Hey, Loved this product, the idea behind it, and the excellent improvement to the taste of garlic in my meals. If I had a quibble it would be about the 'standard' of the brush - after a number of uses (10 or so), I kept putting it in the dishwasher, and the bristles came away from the holder. That said, having tasted the garlic from prepping it this way, I continue to use the 'plate' and just use an ordinary kitchen brush to move the garlic from the plate to whatever I'm cooking in I def recommend it, like the look, the feel, what it does for taste. Don't read my words, buy this product, stun yourself with the garlicky goodness it creates and then eat them (my words, obvious pun obviously intended).

Grating down garlic or nutmeg ,etc with ease one this beautiful design. Grating area is very sharp. Silicone sleeve rubs off the garlic skin with ease in short amount of time. Brush gets all the gratings out.

This is great for garlic, ginger, lemongrass... any of those items that you need to mince for cooking. Easy to clean, brush comes with it. So cute, great gift for a foodie!

If you have never used a ceramic ginger/garlic grater, then you will love this and find it wonderful. But if you have owned a Kyocera version, then this is merely okay. This is a beautiful item and I bought it for that pretty factor, but functionally it isn’t a Kyocera. I do love the little brush! The brush provides an easy solution to the difficulty of gathering pieces from the grating surface

Product is easy to use and beautiful, I feel like we’re back in the Venetian area every time we use it (: That was home for three years. And they make perfect gifts for any occasion!!

I like this garlic grater because it really breaks the garlic right down and is so easy to clean with a little brush that comes with it to get into the crevices where the garlic is sitting. The only complaint is that it's a little hard on the fingers when you get to the end of the garlic. But I just add those little pieces to the recipe I'm making and it's all good.
