In daily use the label suggests four tablets per day with or without food. I typically take two with breakfast and two with a mid morning snack, and it easily fits into my routine. What stood out was the blend of vitamins and herbal extracts that feel supportive without being overpowering. These are whole food based vitamins; much better than synthetic vitamins. While the total amount of each vitamin on the label may be less than some of the top synthetic multis, more of this gets absorbed into your body rather than simply passing through. With Pure Synergy Vita-min-herb for men I feel better, sleep better, and know that each tablet is like a small healthy meal in and of itself. I take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening. Yes they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I think they are worth it! You will too!
