I mean, a bottle is like a three month supply and I've been on bottle two for about a week now and I've gone from getting up almost every night to getting up only five times in the last 3+ months. EDIT 2: On the third bottle now and it still seems to work. EDIT 3 (7-5-24): They stopped working. I think it's a me problem, not a product problem because they stopped working while I was about two thirds of the way through the same bottle I was using when they were working. I increased the dosage to 3/day until I finished that bottle and then started on a new one at the same dosage and I'm still back to having to get up most nights again. Still, give them a shot because they did work for me for a long time. I would say from shortly before the original date of this review up until a few weeks before the EDIT 3 date, which is about a year. Oh well....
