Have bought several pairs over the last few years. Work as expected. I now replace the bladder every year, as I've found i MIGHT get through half the year without replacing, but the vac doesn't work as well. Once replaced, it works perfectly. Have had this vac for 6 years, and have done nothing to it, except replace bladders.

Hands down so happy with this purchase! I was ready to replace the whole pool sweep until I happened upon a youtube video to trouble shoot why it stopped working...it was 7 years old so I thought well what the heck...but NOOOO! Even the smallest of warn hole in this little thingmajiggy will stop it in it's track...This little item was the game changer for me and easy peasy to install and worked just like it was intended too at a great value!

These things wear out at the most inconvenient times so its best to have a spare on hand. The pricing here allows for the purchase of two thereby providing a spare all the time.

I purchased this to replace one that had a tear. It did not occur to me that there was any difference between like items so I ordered one of the least expensive. It installed easily and seemed fine for about 2 weeks until the Barracuda stopped working. The part looked undamaged but I changed it anyway. The second one functioned for only a few days. I now realize that the cheaper ones are totally ineffective. I had discarded the packaging so was unable to return it. I guess you get what you pay for but why sell a useless product. Today I ordered a higher priced diaphram and am hopeful it will do the job.
