I read that this helps with sleep so decided to give it a try. I will say that after 20-30 minutes I did feel a nice calming effect. I didn’t think I would feel anything. It is somewhat subtle though. I have only taken it a couple times but I do think it is a good product. I use several other products of this brand & all have been excellent & prices are the best. I only took 1 capsule(even though 2 is a serving) if I could feel a subtle calming effect with 1 I’m sure 2 would be a more noticeable effect. Glad to have found this & at a reasonable price.

Holy crap, this stuff works. Used in conjunction with Ashwaghanda and it was very, very helpful to lower my anxiety. Obviously not a perfect fix, but any amount helps. Fantastic price for the amount you get!

This is good stuff. Helps with your mood and lasts through out the day.

Only just started this taking a few hours before bed. I’m trying to get away from scripts for sleep and anxiety. It has helped me fall asleep but then awake later so I took 2 more, it takes awhile in me. Maybe it has to build up in your system. Read Google again.

I was prescribed this 3 - 3x a day since February. It supports protein synthesis, promotes healthy liver function, enhances immune system function, supports digestive health, aids central nervous system and mental health, promotes wound healing, may improve muscle function, contributes to healthy skin, hair and dental health and may improve sleep. It's pretty well rounded for a supplement!

Omg do these work! I can't get over how well they work, and I wonder how the heck every single human doesn't know about ltheanine. If you are nervous, if you are anxious... Take one of these pills. It kicks in quickly for me... Probably 15-20min for my fast metabolism. I was watching the Spence and Crawford boxing match the other night. I was so pumped up, my heart rate and energy level was through the roof. I literally thought like I was the one who was getting in the ring. I told myself... Dude you need to calm down, your going to give yourself a heart attack. I reached for the ltheanine and 15 min later.... a calmful, blissful state. I still had energy, but my heart rate calmed down, my adrenaline levels eased, and I was still excited and happy. Unbelievable supplement, and one I will use regularly from here on out, taking as needed. I'll pop one every few days, usually in the evening. Sometimes it makes me a little tired, sometimes it doesn't. Not sure why, but wow definitely a supplement to have in hand when needed. Never heard of this company, all I know is it worked well for me. Best ltheanine I've ever tried no doubt

This pills are good a keep my anxiety calm I recommend I am 70 my blood pressure always keep going up this l-thiamine the safe my life I read the you can take up to 1200 mg per day the flush out body quick, you still have to take your Rx

As another review posted, these are 200mg capsules, not "400mg capsules". Very misleading.

I usually use California Gold Nutrition L-Theanine 200mg but decided to give this brand a try, as they're slightly cheaper. These pills are quite ineffective. I'd say they're probably only 1/3 the strength of a single California Gold Nutrition AlphaWave L-Theanine 200mg capsule. I won't be buying these again and can't recommend, until they check their formula and make sure it's all L-Theanine. I suspect it's about 50-66% DL-Theanine and only 33-50% L-Theanine hence the much lower effect.
