Taste and size
I love the taste of this and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the jar too..I really thought it would come in a small jar but nah!! Beat my expectations.. It’s crunchy , not too sweet ..tastes really good.. just perfect the way it is back home in Nigeria ..I’ll be back to order more for sure ..👍

These were a true surprise, slightly sweet, a little smokey, the kind of thing you can snack on and never count how many you are shoving into your face. I loved them.

Plantain snacking perfection
I love banana chips but wanted something a little less sweet and lower calorie & carbohydrates . These really fit the bill and taste great. Not overly sweet or salty just consistent flavor with a decent amount of crunch. Not too hard. Everything I expected and nothing less. I love that these came in a large canister and I didn’t end up having a bunch of smashed chips. If you’ve ever had that happen you know how frustrating that is. I’ll be ordering these again and trying out their other flavors.

Great snack
I like this sweet plaintain, but the green one is softer than the sweet one, not salty, good snack, nice size for your money.

This is The Missus reviewing. I love plantains in entrees so at first I was disappointed - not sweet enough. However, I realized that I'm so used to sweet snacks that, duh, this was most likely the problem. I liked the crunch and discovered something delightful: the middle of each chip is slightly tart, giving a tiny burst of zing in each bite! And they weren't so hard that I thought I'd break my teeth. Yeah, I ate the whole 20 oz in, like, a week. Or less. Less. I'll be buying more after I finish a different snack I've ordered. Glad I found these. Affordable for me, too.

Sweet plantain chips
Very tasty. The naturally sweet plantain chips used to be my favorite kinda chips when I was back home. So glad to see it on Amazon. It’s fresh. Good value

Naturally Sweet but unclear frying oil
The chips taste OK and have a nice, naturally sweet plantain flavor. My main hesitation is that they’re fried in a blend of seed oils without clearly specifying the exact oils used. I’d prefer more transparency about the frying oil, rather than an unspecified blend. Overall, decent flavor, but the unclear oil choice keeps these at 3 stars for me.

Naturally Sweet, Good For When That Craving For Something Crunchy Hits! A One Ounce Portion Is Approximately 1/4 Cup. Chips Were Fresh. The Reason I Took Off A Star Was For Quality. This Particular Bottle Showed Up With Broken Chip Pieces! Otherwise To That, An Enjoyable Snack.
