Not as warm as expected

I bought this based on reviews about warmth and was disappointed. It is warm enough when the wind isn’t blowing, however with a breeze it’s definitely not warm. Being a teacher and outside, I was looking for a coat that would keep me warm while outside for 30 min. More than likely will return. Disappointed that I can’t find a coat that is warm and not pay $200 for one.
