Ensure Plus Nutrition Shake, Milk Chocolate, 8-Ounce, 16 Count

This is the second time I've ordered Ensure Plus on Amazon. Wished Amazon could offer 16 packs in more different flavor. Milk Chocolate is probably my favorite flavor as it taste very delicious and the chocolate taste is not too strong like Dark Chocolate. I am a fairly skinny person weighting about 118 pounds. I measured myself daily and seen a gain for about 2 pounds after a couple weeks. Ensure is perfect for a stressful, fast pace life that you don't have time to balance between work and home.

Makes me nauseous but tastes great and came in the mail over night. I'll update after a month.Update: gained 5 lbs in 2 weeks then stopped drinking them for a month and lost the weight in a blink of an eye. You HAVE to keep drinking them everyday if you have a fast metabolism or its just a waste of money... But they're delicious so I don't mind drinking them everyday restarted yesterday :)

I'm one of those people that have trouble keeping weight on. Truly, it's an issue turned into a problem, my weight that is , I just can't keep it on. I know some of you might be rolling your eyes right now saying I'd be glad to give you 20 pounds believe me, if I could, I would take that and put it where it belongs! (lol) the product is extraordinary and taste and value. This of course is this one man's humble opinion.

Absolutely loved it!! I literally gained abt 8lbs after a week and a half. I drank two twice per day, along with very little food and I was happy with the result. The drink makes u full so for me personally it was hard to eat a lot. I didn't mind because the drink made up for that. I've been trying to gain weight for a really long time and I found my holy grail.

I buy these for my son who is quite a bit underweight. He likes the flavor and prefers it over Organic options because it is not gritty and is well blended. Personally, I would never use it because of the high sugar content and the presence of GMO ingredients. But the high calories are important for him to have and he will take one everyday. It is satisfactory for our purpose.

I love ensure complete. I am not able to eat much right now and it is good to know I am getting my nutrients and calories. I tried both the vanilla and the chocolate. I like the chocolate better because the vanilla is a little sweet. Also, if you sign up for ensure emails they send out coupons quite frequently.

I have these on a recurring order for my mother who lives independently out of state. It helps her out to have them delivered to her door, and I have the peace of mind, knowing she is getting her daily Ensure, since I order a double case per month.

Surprisingly drinkable. I was concerned it would be like many other high calorie nutritional drinks that are made so super sweet they are nearly impossible to drink. This one actually tastes good and the sweetness is not over the top. I purchased the milk chocolate flavor.
