Packaging and Installation: The chair parts came packaged in a neat and organized manner. The instructions were clear and easy to follow so building the chair took about 30 minutes to put together. Most of the pieces came together without an issue but the only step in the installation of the chair that you should be careful about when putting it together is when you're screwing the screws into the components. To make sure you have the holes aligned, you shouldn't tighten the screws all the way until you have all the screws in place, that way the holes don't become misaligned when tightening. Build/Comfort: The build quality is decent for the price and feels sturdy when in use. For reference, I weigh 230 pounds and do not feel like the chair will break on me. I can easily roll around and lean back without any problems or worry. The seat is comfortable as I sit on it for hours at a time and do not feel the need to get up or feel any discomfort whatsoever. The only part of the chair that feels noticeably different from the other parts is the pair of armrests. They came a little scratched and have a rough feel to them. This is personally not a problem for me because not only are they adjustable so that they can lift up, but also because I don't particularly use the armrests normally and my torso is a little tall to use them comfortably. Overall this chair is a great chair for the price and seems like it will last me a long time and repeated use.

I used this chair as a desk chair in my apartment. Initially I like the look, the chair is very sleek, the cushion is relatively comfortable. It also came with additional screws which was nice, and all the parts were packaged neatly and protected. That being said, yes the reviewers are telling the truth when they say the chair is not really a typical standard sized office chair. It works well for me because I’m only 5’2, but if this was purchased by I don’t let’s say a 5’9 guy, they would definitely feel uncomfortable. As far as assembly goes, this has been the hardest piece of furniture for me to assemble thus yet. If you get this I definitely recommend having someone help you with lining everything up correctly, and with the wheels. Unfortunately I did this alone and the wheels haunt me. Initially I stuck them in part way, sat on the chair and they all popped off at once. So I was like, okay very strange and decided to watch the instruction video. I saw at that point I had not stuck them in far enough so I started to pop them in, except it took so much pressure to pop even one in, I have blisters on my hands now. I had to take a break before I popped in the last wheel because I didn’t have the strength in my hands anymore. And even then, after praying for god to give me strength, the bastard would not go in. So in the end I took a hammer and hammered it gently into the socket. So, if you find yourself having the same issue, remember, gentle hammering on the edge of the wheel. Also, the arms, very weird, mine were kind of loose after putting in the side screw to hold them onto the back of the chair. Even now there’s a bit of a gap between the chair back and the arms. It seems stable enough so I definitely think it’s more of a cosmetic thing, but while assembling, it may give you troubles. I myself had fear it was going to pop off despite screwing the nail in, to the point the nail wouldn’t budge further. And yet.. It still didn’t fully connect and wobbled?? I think some people were able to get rid of the gap, and you might be able to do that as well, if you have someone holding the arm while screwing it in. Overall though, as a college student doing tons of Writing and reading, I’m grateful to no longer be sitting on my bed to do homework and instead be in my decent chair pulled up to my gorgeous desk.

This chair is good quality for a good price. First off, shipping was super quick and I appreciate that. I had ordered a chair from another vendor, and it took sooo long to be shipped and I had to cancel the order. So glad I did, as I found this chair. Second, it was super easy to assemble for a single woman like me, who is not well versed in fixing things. The instructions were very easy to read, and there is a short video too with instructions on assembling the chair. It was an easy and quick assembly. Once the chair was all ready, it is comfortable, provides great lumbar support, reclines and the arms fold up. And it fits perfectly under my dining room table where I am set up during the Covid to work from home. I can't tell you how much I like this chair, and this is an honest review, without anyone having to pay me or giving me perks to write this review. I'm quite happy with my purchase!

Decent home office chair but definitely not professional quality if I compare it to the chairs at work. It'll do for working from home during the pandemic but I wouldn't want it as a daily / long term office chair. On the plus side this chair feels sturdy and well constructed. I'd say a little above average for a cheap office chair. The materials are basic (single density foam that feels firm, the mesh backing doesn't have the spring or support of a designer chair). Overall it is comfortable for my 168 pound frame but it has some play in the frame that my office chair lacks. The arms flip up but aren't adjustable. They are way too low to be useful for me (I'm 6' tall). It'll do for the next few months. Just expect budget / home quality rather than professional or designer grade quality.

With school starting soon and is set to do hybrid in school and online learning, I decided to get my son a computer chair. I went with this chair because the arms fold up and hoped it would be able to slide under a narrow desk opening since the desk has drawers with storage on both sides and it does the job nicely. The instructions are easy to follow and it included the tool that you need for assemble. Extra screws and cap is included in the package, do not worry if you ends up with extra screws. It took me 5 minutes to put it together. I would recommend keeping all your bolts a little loose and align all the arms to the back before tightening. The rest is pretty much pressure locks in place. This chair is very comfortable; the mesh design is quite lovely to keep your back cool. With the lower back support it keeps you sitting straight and with memory foam, you can sit for a period of tine. And for a middle school kid this is a great chair until high school.

Let me start by saying: 1) I'd give this -100 stars if I could, and 2) Read all of the description of a product! If I had I would have saved myself some time, effort, and a headache. I bought this chair because I was looking for a reasonably low priced chair -- functional but with a higher weight limit--this one is 330lbs. After looking at a lot of chairs, that is all I saw and I immediately purchased. I should have read this: Cushion width: 18.5 inch (47cm) Cushion length: 19.7 inch (50cm) That's about the measurements of a economy/coach seat in a domestic flight. But coach seats on a domestic flight are much more comfortable than this chair! Blissfully ignorant of this, I got the chair delivered and put it together--excited that I would finally have a decent chair to sit in to work from home. (I have been sitting on a backless bench for the past two months.) The chair was pretty easy to put together. That is the only positive. (But not worth the star I'm forced to give here.) So sitting in it after it was done? Ha! This chair must have been made for someone petite in frame that carried all their 300+lbs weight in their feet. So so so SO uncomfortable! Not made for a tall or chunkier person at all. Seat was narrow and short. I felt like I was perching on a windowsill ready to pitch out onto the floor. My friend who is smaller than me also didn't find it comfortable. Her upper legs hung way over the seat too and the hard contours of the back of the chair hit her hips uncomfortably. It is not made for an adult. I unassembled it and sent it back IMMEDIATELY. A thousand times, no, I do not recommend!

This chair is wonderful for 5 ft- 5.4 women, maybe shorter but I am 5-1 and daughter is 5-4 we both find this chair to have the shorter seat that we need to work comfortably. I have never found one this good shopping in person. so on-line buy worked perfect. The push up arms make it easy to roll up to the desk. The assembly was not easy but no desk chair is. But the picture directions with the numbering was very easy to follow. The one thing I noticed i was the picture shows using a box like a bankers file box to put the seat on to attach the back, and the chair lift feature. Don't miss this stop. I also put this box on a couch side table which allowed me to stand and made screwing the screws easier as allowed for more pressure. The support does not allow for any adjustment but seems to be satisfactory for us, since its was a less expensive chair. We like this chair and would recommend for short seat to knee people.

Update 2-8-2022: Its been about a year and a half, the hydraulics are giving out so I have to constantly raise the chair again. The cushion gave out a long time ago, but I didn't mind since I had a cushion to put on top of it. If you can go with something more expensive, that'll last longer it's probably worth it. That's my plan going forward. The headline of my review was either going to be this or, "You may want to take the money you save and buy an electric screwdriver. For $100 bucks, or it's often on sale for below that, this chair is fantastic. Assembly: I saw a lot reviews praising it for its simple assembly. I agree, it is simple, but some of the threading tolerances on my model were too tight, the included allen key wasn't going to cut it, but I think an electric screwdriver, or a drill would make it easy, just be careful not to over tighten and strip something. I didn't have an electric screwdriver, and by the end of assembly I had worked up a sweat. I guess this bit is just to let you know that even though assembly is very simple and well written, it doesn't mean it will be easy. One other note on assembly, when you attach the arms to the back it feels like you should able to tighten them more than you can, they wobble. Once you've attached the back and arms to the bottom though, the arms are perfectly secure. Pros: Price Back design is more supportive than other chairs at around the $70-100 mark from the pictures I can see on amazon Cons: Arm wrest have no height adjust and are too low for me, I'm about 6' or 180cm tall Overall fit and finish would be shoddy for an expensive chair, but at this price point I really can't complain and its professional enough that I wouldn't feel awkward putting them in an meeting room to meet with clients and such. Conclusion: The construction on this one feels pretty solid, but I am also writing this review right after assembling it and I will update if it ends up suddenly giving out. Update: after a couple of months, the back does lose some of its support. If you looking for a cheap decent chair, this looks to be about the best option. The next time I buy a chair, I probably will make sure that the arm wrests are height adjustable, but I will likely have to pay quite a bit more for that luxury. Assembly takes a bit of legwork, but the specifications leave tolerances for slight manufacturing error which is nice to see, and made the process far from frustrating. If a friend came to me and asked if what chair they should buy for their office for under $100 I would point them here 10 times out of 10.

Good quality product within this budget

This is a small chair. Seat is just a bit too small, doesn't come far enough to the front of my legs, so it feels uncomfortable. Perhaps if the back didn't have the curve that is supposed to be for lumbar support it would be better. The lumbar support is useless if it is making the seat uncomfortably short. Might be good for a little person. Seems strong. Difficult to get some of the screws to line up, but managed to make it work, couldn't get some all the screws all the way down, just had to accept that and seems ok. The chair is also a little low for me even when at it's highest, but again, would be ok for a little person, 5ft or so, and slim. I'm 5'-6" and 180 lbs, and would not recommend. The seat is also not wide enough for my back side. This is a small chair.

I have been using this new chair since june 27, 2020 and the mesh on the back seat starts to deteriorating. I wrote to the company Urban inspiration but they told me that is now out of policy or has already elapsed the given time frame and they no longer be able to do something no refund or replacement, there is no warranty.
