Cheap, Warped, Zero Customer Support
We purchased the LP version of this side burner. After opening the box our installer noticed right away that the steel under the burner was not flat, which causes the burner itself to be at an angle. The burner does not fit on the stem properly and flops around. The lid is useless - it will not close all the way, because the knob is too tall for the cover, and has left a noticeable mark inside the cover. Curiously, even though both the Amazon site and the box it came in state it’s for LP (Liquid Propane), there is a small part in the box meant for natural gas use. There is ZERO customer support for this product. No phone number to call - not even on their web site - they hide behind an email address and do not respond, even during business hours (they are supposedly located in Colorado). Unfortunately, our granite is already cut to support this product. Hoping they will eventually answer our email and make it right.

Quality drop in burner
We built a BBQ island recently and purchased this drop in unit. It exceeded expectations as far as quality, performance and looks. It is not the cheapest drop in unit but also not the most expensive but is well suited for our needs. It is also easy to clean. There is not a custom cover which was a disappointment, but I made one that covers it nicely when not in use.
