Beautiful ring. The size is spot on for me.I love the look and the medium thickness of the ring. I have another claddagh that the man I love helped me pick out but I wanted one that I can wear while I'm working with my hands. I'm really hard on rings, especially ones with thinner bands. This ring feels like it will hold its shape, even when put under pressure. It came three days before the earliest day of estimated delivery. That was a nice bonus.Only downside was that there was a small bit that was either unpolished or tarnished when it arrived. I buffed it out with a silver polishing cloth but you can still see it a little bit. It doesn't bother me at all. You can't see it when I am wearing the ring and it's hardly noticable anyway. I thought it worth mentioning for if you were to send this as, say, a gift to someone.All in all, an amazing product for the price. I love the low profile of the ring and that the crown doesn't stick out to get caught on things.I would definitely recommend this ring.

The reason I purchased this ring over any other claddaugh ring on Amazon was because the crown above the heart stuck out less and was more subtle. However, when I received the item I found that it was different from the photo and the crown sticks out more than I like. Not a huge problem but it was the only reason I purchased this ring rather than one from a competitor

The ring arrived scratched right out of the box, so I sent it back to them with a note asking for it to be exchanged for an unscratched one. (You have to pay for the return shipping and also include a money order so that they can send you an exchange item.)Once I received it a second time, the ring was unscratched but the band was way too big despite the order receipt stating it was the same size I had originally ordered. I sent it back and asked for a refund because I didn't want to play another game of shipping-tag and wonder whether the third time's the charm or not.EDIT 8/03/13: I wrote the above portion on July 20th, but I had returned the ring on July 11th.On July 22, I received an email from the seller concerning my review and my feedback, and they wished to know whether I would like them to send me a free return label so that I could return the item. I responded that I would not need the label because I had already returned the item and I gave them the tracking number. On July 23rd, they said they would try to figure out where my item was and issue me a refund as soon as they did. In the same email, they asked me if I could "please remove the feedback" because "it really puts [them] at the bottom rating."Needless to say, I have not removed the feedback. I realize this isn't the seller feedback section, but seller feedback sections do not allow enough characters for customers to adequately express their recommendations / warnings for or against a seller, so here is a summary:The initial ring arrived scratched. The replacement was too big. They misplaced my return, and only offered to send me a free return label after I left a negative review/feedback, while simultaneously asking me to change my negative comments because it affects their ratings. Perhaps if they made good products and made an attempt at providing good customer service, people wouldn't leave negative comments.Just a thought.I finally received my refund on August 1st. Again, I still do not recommend this seller.

I love the ring design, however the side of my finger did turn green which has never happened to me with sterling silver before.

This ring is gorgeous! I don't know why one of the reviews said it turned their finger green. This was certainly NOT the case for me. This ring is substantial for the price, and the sizing is true. I LOVE the low profile and that the crown is not too high to catch on clothing/gloves. The patina makes it even more pretty! I'm getting one for my daughter for her birthday in August. Only complaint is, I wish this was a Prime item....I would have loved to have been able to give one each to my sisters coming from out of state this coming week, but it wouldn't get here in time.

My ring arrive so fast and it was not even a Prime item. It is such good quality, heavy weight and sized perfectly. The detailing is great especially for the price. I ordered a similar ring for my husband from a different company for 3x the price, it hasn't even arrived but the pictures and descriptions make them look very similar except the size difference- 7 for me, 12 for him. my size was available from the other company but Gem Avenue's price was soooo much better I thought I would try them, so glad I did.

I am so sad this ring didn't work out for me! Since I'm pregnant, my hands are swelling, so I can't wear my normal wedding rings - so I went in search of a beautiful, meaningful temporary replacement. The ring came (not as quickly as I had imagined, but that's okay) and within 2 days has turned my finger green. :( I wear two other sterling silver rings all the time, so I'm not sensitive to it. It makes me sad because it really is beautiful, and the other reviews were so glowing about it, but it just feels cheap to me. :(
