I am loving this product. I bought it after injuring my knee, and it has really helped me get back up and moving. It does not have a bad taste, and it never upsets my stomach. It is very effective. I feel like my whole body is moving more easily than before. Again, wonders on my knee!

I was skeptical of the Osteo Bi-Flex claims of benefits, particularly of the 7 day improvement , however, after using it for about a week, I can attest to the remarkable effects. A publication discussing the use of glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate (the most common forms of the supplements) to treat knee osteoarthritis was published in the July 14, 2003, issue of The Archives of Internal Medicine. The publication reviewed the best studies from 1980 to 2002, and concluded: "Our results demonstrated a highly significant efficacy of glucosamine on all outcomes, including joint space narrowing." The paper also found chondroitin "effective" on several outcomes measures, and added, "Safety was excellent for both compounds." "Knee osteoarthritis symptoms were relieved" for the SEALS who took the supplements, That assessment was determined by both by questioning the patients and by examining their knees. My personal experience is similar. My left knee no longer clicks (damaged meniscus) with the frequency that it did for a half-dozen years and I can do squatting and lunging exercises without pain now. As a result I can again weight train regularly to rehabilitate and strengthen my legs. I'm knocking 55 and looking forward to an upcoming week of skiing in Colorado now. Been using this product for decades and it really helps my joints, espcially my knees. Should I ever allow myself to run out, I can tell it! If you have joints that "pop" or "crack" from the wear and tear of life (especially knees) Osteo Bi-Flex really helps.

I think it’s a good product. But, it’s expensive and misleading because when you open the bottle it’s only half full ?

FELT A DIFFERENCE WITHIN 12HRS... HUGE PILLS BUT I FEEL MUCH BETTER! JOINTS ARE NOT AS STIFF OR HURTING AS BAD! TAKING THEM DAILY! I DONT WONT THIS RELIEF TO END! RECOMMANDS TO ALL MY FRIENDS!

I love this product

Difficult to swallow horse pills - but effective If you don’t choke The coated tablets are 7/8” long, 1/4 wide, and 1234 5/8 of an inch wide, and 5/8” thick. We call these horse pills. Even when I used a pill cutter, the cut ends still make them very difficult to swallow. That is a shame because they do make my joints feel better. I would suggest manufacturing tablets half the size and recommend four a day, perhaps with different meals.
